Executive Director 

WMCS is in search of its next Executive Director (ED) we seek a visionary leader with strategic development and achievement of WMCS’s mission, values, strategy, annual goals and objectives. The ED is responsible for leading and managing all functional areas of the organization, including financial managment, staff leadership, program oversight, community engagement and fundraising. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED represents WMCS to funders, goverment agencies, external partners, and the wider community while ensuring that services evolve to meet changing needs.

Bilingual Housing Case Manager

In collaboration with the Bolinas Community Land Trust (BCLT), WMCS seeks a mission-driven Bilingual (English and Spanish, written and verbal) Case Manager to create, implement, and deliver housing-focused services to individuals living at the Bo-Linda Vista Interim Shelter.

Work activities will take place in Bolinas and Point Reyes in West Marin, California.

Pay is $75,000 – $85,000 depending on experience
